Hatha yoga for beginners and advanced students
Yoga in the morning is better than coffee: you start the day feeling awake, energized and relaxed at the same time.
The class starts with a short relaxation or meditation in a lying or sitting position.
This is followed by breathing exercises for vitality and inner balance.
The main part of the class is made up of physical exercises. They stretch and strengthen the whole body - in addition to the sun salutation, the focus is primarily on the neck, shoulders and back as well as opening the ribcage in order to balance the body postures when playing instruments and prevent possible discomfort.
The yoga class ends with a nice final relaxation (progressive muscle relaxation) - important to transform the energy built up in the physical exercises into calmness and serenity so that the challenges of the day can be optimally mastered.
